So here she’s is Nicki Minaj, The Legend. The GOAT. The number one inspiration for women that wanted to rap for over a decade. She’s been decorated with awards and praise. Deservingly so. When there was a gap in the culture of Hiphop for a woman that could really rap, Nicki came through and shined amongst a room full of men.

Now it’s more common to hear a lot of women rap. There was a time when it seemed like the only women that we referred to in Hiphop were Lil’ Kim and Foxy Brown. Those days are over now you have Cardi B, Meg Thee Stallion, Kash Doll, Young MA, Tierra Whack, and more talented rappers. They’re all inspired by Nicki.

Nicki, whether she knows it or not has a lot of sons. It’s exciting to hear Nicki is back in rotation you tell some things coming right? She released two singles with Lil’ Baby Do We Have A Problem and Bussin’. Two decent records that have me interested in what a full project from her sounds like now. She also did an interview with Joe Budden speaking about her influence and her come with Young Money. She’s doing features, she recently got on a song with Coi Leray.

I’m also excited to see what the rest of the year has for Nicki Minaj. The recent interview that she did was very insightful. I would love to hear those same insights over music.
