She has always created music with great messaging over a relaxed soundscape. Mixing melodies with hard raps, Valona’s music sounds like no one elses, but more importantly the shit rides.
She recently dropped her project (R)ewind. The projects features tracks like the title track featuring Rell Gambino. The artist from Trenton, New Jersey seems to be having a magnum opus moment on Smoke in The Air. I love heavy bass and soulful sound to that song and Valona bodies the track.
