Atlanta artist Juice2geeked has released several songs over the last couple years, we’ll review and dive into some of the songs here.
First, we cracked open Juice’s latest EP “Space Jams”. It’s 4 songs total on the EP:
Honeyberry Backwood:
Like his name suggests Juice is no stranger to smoking, and this song is the perfect smoker’s anthem. The song is slow and melodic with catchy bars and witty punchlines hidden throughout. Honeyberry backwood creates a vibe and is a great start to the EP.
Lonely Northstar:
On this song, Juice is being introspective and explaining past memories, how he feels lonesome, and was left to deal with it solo but will continue to rise. Lonely Northstar has a memorable hook that will have you singing “I’m all alone” hours later.
Sailormoon:
Sailormoon is Juice’s take on a love song. Plenty of bars and comment-worthy one-liners here. From this song you can tell lyrics are definitely one of the Juice2geeked strong suits.
Dancing in the Moonlight:
The end to the EP may have the most memorable start out of all the other songs with a clip from Back to the Future serving as the prelude to Juice’s bars. This makes the song that much more memorable and adds a little replay value as well.
The EP Space Jams is Juice2geeked only project out at the moment, however he has several singles lying around for us to still review.
Boss Enough:
Boss Enough could be Juice2geeked’s staple song. It has all the properties of a hit. First of all a catchy hook, he’s constantly switching flows to keep the audience engaged, and good production with a recognizable beat.
HxH:
Hunter x Hunter has one of Juice’s best flows from start to finish. This song has a faster tempo than most of his other songs. Juice definitely tapped into the Atlanta sound and mixed it well with his own flow and content here.
Endless Sky:
This is one of two songs where Juice is accompanied by a feature. Here artist Rodrigo lends his vocals for the singing piece of the song, and does a pretty good job going back and forth with Juice. Hearing the two alternate from Juice’s bars to Rodrigo’s singing leads you to want to hear more from the two in the future.
Right Away:
Right Away is the other featured track in Juice2geeked’s catalog and is his most viewed and liked song on SoundCloud. The song has a melodic and attention-grabbing hook. Also, Juniornick blends well with Juice on this song.
Sour Diesel:
Back to his smoking topics, Sour Diesel is full of heavy pop-culture reference bars and an interesting beat. At the finish of the song Juice acts as if he hits the sour diesel, it takes effect and transforms his sound for a brief couple of bars. Which is a unique concept that we loved and instantly made the song unique and stick out.
Juice2geeked is an upcoming artist with a lot of promise. His songs have good production, no lack of bars, and relatable topics. We can’t wait to see how his sound develops and what Juice has in store for his fans.
