We lost a hero this past weekend. DMX passed on April 9th, 2021. He left behind children as well as millions of fans crossed the world. The passion behind X’s music was exciting and captivating to anyone within the sound of his music. I used to listen to DMX a lot as I was growing up. I didn’t always understand the lyrics. I knew that some of the things he was saying were wrong or violent. He felt like a character in a movie to me. The older I got and the more consistent stories I heard about him my respect grew. Long Live King DMX.
