West Coast music is in good hands with a Blxst. Blxst is one of the few artists that I hear on the radio a lot that I like. He has a lot of melodic music and storytelling in his songs. He doing features with everyone on the west coast from Snoop Dogg to YG and MOZZY. He also has features on Rick Ross and Nas albums.
Blxst has projects with legendary artist Bino Rideaux dating back to 2019 and last year they dropped a follow-up to that project SIX 2. But to me other than the features what really makes Blxst an artist to watch is his project No Love Lost its just a cohesive project about relationships. It’s a new take on love songs from the perspective of a Los Angeles black man.
Blxst went from spamming Kendrick his music on Twitter to working with him. His No Love Lost tour sold out and the album is critically acclaimed. He’s creating a lane for himself and even getting comparisons to west coast legends like Nate Dogg.
Blxst is signed to Evgle in collaboration with Red Bull Academy. I hope to see more from the artists he definitely a talented artist and he cares about his craft. All of the videos for his project No Love Lost are connected together like a movie. He has a new album dropping on April 22nd entitled Before You Go. what do you guys think of Blxst?
