Pros & Cons:

• Pros: Phantom Frost has delivered a solid body of work, with his EP Limitless Abilities. At the start of the first song Phantom’s delivery and flow stand out, making it a smooth listen. The old saying goes, it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. Phantom definitely took that adage to heart on this project. However, it is not as if Phantom is crafting beautifully empty bars and lyrics, Instead, he also showcases he has great wordplay and each song is filled with clever and memorable bars! Each song on the EP has a feature, and Phantom displays a chemistry with them all adding to the vibe and feeling of the songs.

• Cons: One downside noticed from numerous listens of the project is that Phantom would be on another level if he had dynamic production a flow like his demands. On several instances it seems almost as if Phantom is on a higher tier than the beats he is flowing on and needs a challenge to bring more creative and devasting flows to life. The project would also improve with more diverse features. Phantom blends well with the current feature list, however it is not a stretch to say they all have similarities and are not drastically different rappers. The EP could benefit from some other artists taking a stab at the tracks. For example a R&B singer on “Pain” or heavy melodic rapper on “In The Wind” could round some of the songs off and possibly carry them to that “hit” level. If these songs are any indication, just like the title over time his abilities will continue to grow and surpass any limits. We’re excited to see just how big Phantom Frost can grow.
