Aquarius
Uranus, the ruling planet of Aquarius, also has dominion over the circulatory system. This makes you highly susceptible to stressors that may cause your entire body to feel out of whack. We recommend cacao and valerian root to help soothe your body and mind. You know what that means? You can whip up some Valerian Hot Chocolate, put on your comfiest pair of socks, and start stretching. It’s probably a good idea to drink that sleepy beverage after your yoga session though.
Pisces
Your instinct is to protect your psyche and allow yourself to unwind, Pisces. Follow your gut and Neptune to your highest state of relaxation. You have a natural connection to your sensory organs and should seek methods of relaxation that are in tune with your senses. You would likely vibe well with echinacea, hemp, and blue lotus. Tulsi is an affective destressing agent- add the leaves to your favorite meal or prepare a tea. Remember, Gemini, to close your eyes and play some relaxing music. Do whatever it takes to distract your mind from racing.
Cancer
You are well acquainted with your creature comforts and we want you to stay close to them, Cancer. The Moon may bring you deep emotions, but it will also being you calmness. To help calm you from the inside out you need to pay special respects to your stomach and your blood. You know a good meal when you taste one- why not add some grounded Milk Thistle seeds to your salad, use Angelica plant stems for your stews and preservative jelly, and wash it all down with some soothing Aloe Vera juice. Sounds good? We hope so.
Leo
We’re not sure that there’s a difference between stimulation and relaxation for you, Leo- because well, who could turn off the Sun? We see you enjoying a cold glass of Agua de Jamaica made from hibiscus flowers. You’ve spiced up your life a but further with some Cayenne and Turmeric and now you need that flowery concoction to brighten you up and settle you down. I trust we can find you on a beach somewhere. Don’t forget your suntan lotion.
Virgo
Put your planner down and kick your feet up! Take a deep breath and listen to your Gemini friend, who’s already cruising smoothly through the Universe with Mercury as well. The beautiful thing about being an Earth sign is that there is no limit to the resources that will bring you calm- all you have to do is look. In this case, Virgo, you can pick it- honeysuckle straight off a branch to chewing (we suggest you clean it first). Libra
Venus smiles upon you and asks you to tend to your sensitivities, Libra. You are delicate and need to indulge in life’s pleasantries to feel fulfilled and happy. Sagittarius
