JUST CALL ME TYLER was released earlier this year by Tyler Scaar. This 6 Track EP is a great insight into the energy and artistry of Tyler Scaar. Tyler Scaar, an artist that has been performing in Atlanta, has a high energy and a genuine quality about himself. Tyler is from Burke, Virginia and doesn’t try to hide the fact that he is from the suburbs.
Tyler Scaar is one of the many artist to come from the Playlist Academy in Atlanta, which basically is an artist boot camp. Many artists have told me how much the Playlist Academy has helped and encouraged artists to try new things. One of my favorite songs that I’ve heard from an indie artist this year is NO PHOTOS. This song is so catchy and embodies an entire mood.
