Q.T is an up-and-coming artist out of Maynor, Texas, and is definitely promising. With her soulful vocals and smooth flow, she is someone to listen to. This artist raps and sings with passion and truth, while showing versatility with her music she stays true to her sound.
“Get Me High” is a smooth jam with a catchy hook. I think we’ve all been into someone who makes us feel euphoric and I believe this song embodies that well. “I don’t smoke, but you get me high”, gives you that sense of craving for someone who matches that energy you’re looking for. Personally, I wish the intro to “Get Me High” was a little longer because I think it HITS. However, the guitar toward the end is a very nice touch.

I am a huge fan of Q.T’s flow! She skates on the “Grey Skies” beat. Lyrically this song tells a great story of working hard, striving for more, and overcoming. There’s a smooth R&B sound to this song as well. I do wish the song was longer, but that could just be me being selfish for more.
Although Q.T isn’t native to Atlanta, she wants to push her sound out here too. Her music is on streaming platforms so make sure you go give her a listen.
